Dr. Jasmine Bradley was a nationally ranked tennis player as a junior and NCAA National Champion and All-American while playing at Williams College. After coaching at the collegiate level, she moved to Maui and was a tennis teaching professional. Dr. Bradley moved back to the mainland and earned her masters degree in sport psychology and doctorate in clinical psychology. Dr. Bradley’s experience and education allows her to offer one of a kind comprehensive and in depth support and assistance to athletes, their families and coaches, while ensuring their privacy and security.
Services Provided to Teams and Athletes:
Sport and performance psychology services might be in the form of one-on-one appointments, on-site consultations, group workshops, or organizational trainings. Peak performance services often include the exploration and enhancement of: motivation, risk taking, overcoming setbacks and failures, managing stress & anxiety, managing pressure and building resilience, mindfulness training, preparing for competition, injury recovery, consistency in performance, confidence, and team dynamics.
